Join us for an evening of artisan Italian cooking; brought to you by award-winning Masterchef contestant, Sofia Gallo.
You'll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, before creating your very own Italian dishes in accordance with the evening's regional theme, then cooking & tucking in with your fellow guests.
About Sofia
Originally from Cilento in Southern Italy, Sofia's interest in food goes back to learning how to make fresh pasta from her Nonna Luigia, since knee high.
Her passions for passing on Italian traditions has lead her to teach at various cooking schools, while working with multiple online platforms that strive to do the same.
Sofia's passion saw her through to the Quarterfinals of Masterchef UK 2021, winning the famous apron with her signature dish.
